Returning to this favored teen series, Ned seeks his first kiss from Suzie Crabgrass, but first he needs Moze's help to break up Suzie and Loomer. Afterwards, Ned and all the boys compete against Moze and all girls in a super soaking Polk fundraiser and the winner decides how the money will be spent.
